Information We Collect Automatically

We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure or error-free. We do not, and cannot, guarantee the complete security of your information. 7. Social Login Data

If you use our social login feature i.e. Google/ Facebook/ Apple, the following describes how we access, use, store, and share your data.

What information do we collect?

We collect your name, email address, profile picture and your Google/ Facebook/ Apple identifier and store it securely on our servers. We collect this information from the Google/ Facebook/ Apple APIs and also directly from from you, when you update your profile information on our platform. Your email address is logged when you login and log out for security reasons.

How do we use the information?

We use your data to provide you services such as authentication, payment services, technical assistance, service and product analytics, fraud protection, credit risk reduction, and other support services. We may also use your information to send yuou marketing and promotional emails from time to time. You can unsubscribe from these emails by going to "My Profile" page and unchecking "Send me marketing emails".

What information do we share?

We share your information with third parties as part of services such as authentication, payment services, technical assistance, service and product analytics, fraud protection, credit risk reduction, marketing partners, service providers for streaming, and other support services.

How do you request deletion of your data?

You may request the deletion of your data by writing to support@streamkast.com, after which your data will be deleted from all our systems in 30 days.
